Data Clean Room

In one lineMatching data privately without either side seeing it.

A data clean room is a locked, neutral space where two sides can match their data against each other without either one seeing the other's raw records.

You bring your customer list, a platform or a partner brings theirs, and the matching happens inside a sealed environment neither of you can dig around in. What comes back out is the overlap and the aggregate answer, like how many of your customers also saw a given campaign, but never the individual rows from the other side.

Imagine you want to know how many of your buyers a large retailer also reached, but neither of you is willing to just email over a raw customer file. You each load your data into the clean room, it counts the people in common, and you both walk away with the number and none of each other's actual records.

A clean room protects privacy, but it is not built for the corner shop. It takes real setup, technical help, and usually a partner big enough to be worth matching against, so for most small advertisers this is a tool to understand, not one to rush into.

Both sides get the answer. Neither side gets the other's list.
